Deluxe Beach Bungalow
Each of our Deluxe Beach Bungalow is also rented individually per room and not per bungalow, ideal for families, groups, or friends travelling together as rooms can be combined become 3 interconnecting rooms under one roof. Each self-contained room features the same private facilities as the Superior Rooms, complete with en-suite bathroom. There is also the additional provision of a VCD/DVD player in each room. The 3 interconnecting rooms are situated next to each other, side by side, with a double room in the middle and twin rooms on either side. Deluxe Beach Bungalows are not located on the beach, but near the beach access and swimming pool, some with a view of the pool and others with a view of the garden, each boasts a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, gardens, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere conducive to a relaxing holiday.

- No Charge for children under 12 years sharing room with parents using existing bedding and without breakfast.
- High Season Surcharge on Internet Rates, 15 June - 15 October US$ 40 per room / per night
- Peak Season Surcharge on Internet Rates, 21 December - 5 January US$ 60 per room / per night
- day use fee by 80% of room rate will be applied for up to 18.00 and 100% of room rate will be applied later than 18.00
- payment by credit card, need to fill the authorization form with the signature and enclosed the copy of credit card both side and ID/passort of card holder.
Cancellation Policy
- High season / peak season cancellation policy
- Full pre-payment is required. Non refundable
- Low season cancellation policy
- Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival will result a one night room charge and no show will result a two nights room charge.
- Shorten the length of stay after check-in will result an additional one night room charge.
No show policy
In the event of ‘no show', a 2-nights cancellation fee is applicable. Please note that groups will be charged for the entire stay.
