Legian, Bali – 17 August 2024 – Legian Beach Hotel, one of Bali’s most iconic beachfront hotels, is delighted to announce the celebration of its 50th Anniversary, a milestone that marks five decades of providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences. Since its establishment in 1974, the hotel has been a notice of Balinese warmth, tradition, and modern comfort.

To commemorate this golden milestone, the hotel will host a series of special events throughout July and August, including community outreach, sports competitions, beach cleanups, and the great Golden Retro Party.

This celebration is not just a reflection of the hotel’s past achievements, but also a look ahead to the future, reaffirming its commitment to exceptional hospitality, local community engagement, and sustainability.

Legian Beach Hotel had several internal activities aimed at engaging staff and enhancing their sense of ownership in the hotel’s legacy:

• Star – Supervisor – Manager of the Year Awards: A ceremony to honor the dedication and outstanding service of the hotel’s staff with awards for top performers in various categories.
• Sports Competitions: Friendly matches in chess, table tennis, and beach soccer held for staff to promote teamwork, wellness, and camaraderie.
• Singing and Dancing Competition: Employees showcase their talents in a vibrant competition, celebrating the diverse cultural heritage and creativity within the hotel.
• Content Creation Competition: A digital competition inviting participants to create and share content that captures the spirit of Legian Beach Hotel, with submissions from the employees celebrating the hotel’s legacy.
• Family Fun Walk: Open to the wider community, an early morning walk along the beachfront fosters a sense of togetherness and wellness among employees and families.

Beyond the hotel’s sides, Legian Beach Hotel is deeply committed to the local community and environment, reflected in the following activities:

• Training in Hospitality for the Legian Community: An initiative to provide staff and local community members with training to improve service standards, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to excellence in hospitality.
• Visiting SOS Children’s Village Tabanan: A charitable event where the hotel staff will visit and donate to the local children’s village, reinforcing their dedication to giving back to the community.
• Blood Donation: In collaboration with the Bali Hotels Association, the hotel hosted a blood donation drive, encouraging guests, staff, and the community to contribute to this noble cause.
